HHA/CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting and dressing Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure pursuits Assist residents with ambulation, transfers and exercise Assist in medication administration under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse Record data in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) and report any changes of resident status to RN Perform light homemaking duties such as cleaning, cooking, etc.
