Inventory Analyst
The Inventory Analyst will be part of a world class team.

Essential Job Functions o Allocating inventory to the correct departments as it comes into the warehouse and arranging for pickups and shipments.
o Performing regular inventory counts.
o Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
o Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
o Coordinating with other workers to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue.
o Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips o Work in safe and healthy manner, strictly following all safety rules and regulations o Accurately complete paperwork required for production records o Operate Radio Frequency equipment to transact inventory o Cycle count inventory and research problems o Process small parcel (UPS) shipments and receipts o Process outbound shipments and inbound receipts o Pick boxed material from warehouse o Print bar code label to identify product o Prepare a daily report of audit results o Key all warehouse inventory adjustments o Performs other related duties as assigned.
o High School degree or equivalent o Ability to communicate well with others o Ability to read and understand routings, work orders, manifests, and production reports o Ability to count accurately o Ability to take instructions and work with little supervision o Ability to use EPICOR computer software o Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds o Must be a team player with focus on customer service and quality o Must have solid work attendance and be reliable o Ability to work within and advance the Premier Marine Core Values:
