Summary:
The Customer Pickup department's main focus is to assist our customers in regards to picking up their purchase from our Distribution Center, so that they leave our warehouse satisfied with their experience and knowing that they were our number one priority.
Qualifications of the Position:
1- 2 years of Customer Service experience Problem solving skills Possess strong computer skills Conflict resolution skills Essential Functions of position include, but are not limited to:
Schedule pickups and deliveries Organize customer pickups at our Distribution Center Maintaining open order and sold not delivered reports Work in conjunction with our warehouse staff on various projects Must have the ability to retain confidential information; such as, customer names, addresses, phone numbers, payment information (i.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
