This role will include making outbound calls to educate foodservice operators about our services, tools and programs, customer's products, increase participation in our rewards programs.
All team members must be dedicated to our values, Real, Care, Growth.
Hours are M - F, 8-5pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Successfully complete outbound calls to foodservice operators Introduce and promote our loyalty rewards programs Effectively educate customers and operators about product features and promotions Represent our clients as our own Sourcing new opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Comfortable working with proprietary CRM database Must be resilient to customer rejection Accurately enter data, transaction processing and database updates Experience in foodservice industry preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor in person, on phone and via email with internal team and with clients Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales or outbound calling experience a plus but not required RealTime Solutions is a data intelligence and marketing agency that propels growth for Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
